1. Scheduling & Visit Times:  Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis. I will visit at the requested times as closely as possible. Please understand, if an unforeseen situation arises, I may be early or late.
Please note:  Holidays fill up quickly.  Please book as early as possible.

2. Severe Weather:  During severe weather (heavy snow or ice conditions, thunder/lightning storms, heavy rain, extreme heat/humidity or cold) your pets may be taken out long enough to relieve themselves. Your pets safety comes first.  The remainder of the visit will be spent cuddling, playing and having fun.
For Weather Related Emergencies: Please provide emergency contact information of a person (a neighbor) who has access to your home. Please be sure this person is available in case of a weather related emergency.
This person needs to have a key in case of a power outage, as garage door openers will not  be operational. If I cannot get to your home, your emergency contact will be notified.  You will be notified if severe weather dictates the need to go to the contingency plan.  

Please note:  In the event a customer does not provide a nearby emergency contact (neighbor) with  access to your home.  I will provide service, when conditions allow myself or a helper to reach your home safely.

3. Access to your home by others: If a client allows family, friends, neighbors, contractors, or any other person(s)    access to their home while they are away, Neighborhood Pet Services will not be held liable for any damage to your home or property, theft, lost or injured pets.  I can not be held responsible for the actions of others who are allowed to have access to your home.

4. Confirmation Call:  I will confirm reservations within a week of your travel.  If you have not heard from me, please CALL and confirm your reservation.      

5. Vacation Clients:  If you are delayed in arriving home, please call me if you will need additional visits.

6. Vacation visits, Overnight visits and Holiday Cancellations:   These cancellations must be made at least a week in advance.  Please remember, I may have turned away other clients to reserve time for your visits.   
If you cancel in seven days or less, before your scheduled visits, you will be charged for half of the visits.

Not to exceed the maximum charge of $100.

7. Holiday Fees:  There is a $5 holiday fee per visit for the following major holidays.
Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.

(Holiday fees do not apply to my regular customers)

8. Outside of area fee:  There is a $5 fee per visit outside of the 10 mile area.
